The rules of the Silver Scale Invitational have been established to promote fair competition, sportsmanship, conservation, and scientific integrity. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.

By registering for and participating in the tournament, each angler acknowledges and agrees to abide by all tournament rules, as well as all applicable regulations set forth by the State of Florida and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Participants further agree to hold harmless and release the Silver Scale Invitational, its Board of Directors, Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House and all other tournament partners from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation in the tournament.

All disputes will be resolved by the Board of Directors of the Silver Scale Invitational, whose decisions shall be final and binding.

Participants are strongly encouraged to prioritize the safe and expeditious release of all tarpon to minimize stress and ensure the health of the fish.
